Can my promoters promote both the Residential and Small Business Offers using my unique code?
Residential Reps can only sign up promoters that will promote ADT to Residential prospects.
Small Business Reps can only sign up promoters that will promote ADT to Small Business prospects.
If a promoter wants to promote ADT to both Residential and Small Business prospects they have to sign up at both ADTpays.com (residential) and ADTforbusiness.com (small business).
How can I track the results of my promoters?
In the User Tools area, choose “Sales Report” from the left hand navigation. You will see the following information for each of the promoters that you referred to ADTPay.com:
ADT Promoter Name – the name of the business that you referred to ADTpays.com
Customer Name – the name of the ADT customer on the lead.
Leads – anyone who called the NSC utilizing the assigned toll free number. This is updated on a weekly basis usually on Tuesdays.
Appointments – a lead that requested you for an in home security review and design. This is updated on a weekly basis usually on Tuesdays.
Installed Sales –a system has been installed in the customers home, is active, and the customer has made his initial payment to ADT. This data is updated on the 10th business day of each month.
How can I see which promoters I referred to ADTpays.com actually signed up?
You will receive an email when the account they applied for is approved
You can also see the entire list of promoters that you referred at any time by choosing “Promoter Signup Report” from the left hand navigation under “User Tools”
When, and how much do I get paid for Installed Sales?
You will get paid for appointments generated by your ADTpays.com promoters just as you get paid for your current SGL activities. In addition to the unit credit and compensation, you receive an SGL credit and kicker of $25. This will be reported in your regular payroll cycles.
Why is the SGL kicker for these sales only $25?
For a typical SG sale generated by a local business you receive a kicker of $75-$125 and may pay your promoter a referral fee of $50-$75. So the net is about $25 (+$75-$50=$25) .
If you receive an SGL kicker of $25 and we pay your promoter $125 on your behalf - it is about a break even to you as an SGL.
However your promoter receives 1) free collateral and reporting, 2) an aggressive commission schedule starting at $125, 3) an easy way to promote ADT without having to capture and communicate the lead information – they just hand out the best offer in the industry.
And this means more SGL appointments for you,
How many printed promotional letters can I order?
When you sign up for an account, you can get 50 pieces of promotional material mailed to you.
After you have had at least 1 closed sale, you can order an additional 50 pieces.
Please note that you may download and print the promotional material at your convenience.
How will be business entity that I refer tie back to me?
The promotional letter that you provide to the business will contain your 6 digit code. When the business entity goes to ADTpays.com to register, they MUST enter your code during the registration process for their leads to be linked to you. REMIND THEM TO ENTER YOUR CODE!
What will the business that I refer receive as compensation?
All businesses that log onto ADTpays.com, register and promote ADT will be compensated as follows:
Units Sold Commission Earned per Unit
0–49 $125
50–99 $145
100+ $165
What customer offer will the businesses be promoting?
Get a new ADT security system for as low as $99 after $200 cash back.

When they are scheduled for an appointment, a rebate certificate will be mailed to them.

  • Residential Reps can only sign up promoters that will promote ADT to Residential prospects.
  • Small Business Reps can only sign up promoters that will promote ADT to Small Business prospects.

    • Installed Sales – a system has been installed in the customer’s place of business and is active. The customer has, at a minimum, paid the Total Installation Charge. This data is updated on the 10th business day of each month.

When, and how much do I get paid for Installed Sales?

  • ADT unit credits and related commissions will be calculated and paid using your existing ADT commission plan.
